The sample that is study matter, is fundamentally a concentrate of auriferous pyrite product from the flotation process, of the Auriferous Mining Company Calpa CORP. The characterization of the sample was carried out in the polarized optic microscope of Geologic Engineering of the UNMSM, it is observed in the concentrate the presence of Pyre, Esfalerita, Calcopirita, Electrum, Marcasita, Pirrotita, Arsenopirita, I Twinkle and Bargain. In the refined briquette corresponding to the mesh + 100, the presence of Electrum has been observed. In the Electronic Microscope of sweeping that has the Ability, they have been observed the presence of particles of gold included in the pyre, this particles present sizes smaller than 200 nanómetros, it is also observed particles of Teloruro of Gold and crisscross Silver with the Electrum whose particles have sizes smaller than 2 microns. These characteristics make that the concentrate is refractory to the conventional treatment for the cianuración process, constituting a serious problem for the high consumption of cyanide of sodium and limited recoveries. The present investigation work this guided to study new outlines of pre treatment like the Pre-Aireación with lime that you/they are processes of previous treatment to the cianuración of the concentrate. The obtained mathematical pattern of the process of Pre-Aireación, using the hexagonal design indicates that the variable that has bigger influence is the pH and the time, and its corresponding interaction, maintaining constant the oxygen concentration, grain of the concentrate and the dilution of the pulp, to have little incidence in the process. Being obtained an answer with an acceptable recovery in the cianuración process that is quite significant in comparison with the conventional direct cianuración. In summary the advantages of the Pre-Aireación are that in the cianuración he/she decreases the consumption of cyanide of sodium in 50% and it improves the recovery in 11,86%, for this type of concentrated.
