Abstract: Objetivo: Determinar las competencias desarrolladas de los docentes de enfermería de la UNMSM, según la percepción de los estudiantes por año de estudio. Método y Materiales:El Estudio es de nivel aplicativo, tipo cuantitativo, método descriptivo de corte transversal. La población está conformada por 173 estudiantes del 1°- 4° año de Enfermería de la UNMSM. Se utilizó la técnica de encuesta y como instrumento una escala de Likert modificada. Resultados:84.31% de estudiantes del 4to año; 79.41%del 3er año; 65.71% del 2do año y el 54.73% del 1er año, perciben que los docentes de enfermería tienen competencias genéricas y pedagógicas en proceso de desarrollo; 75.72% perciben que los docentes están en proceso de desarrollo competencias genéricas y el 64.16% competencias pedagógicas; 20.23% percibe que el docente evidencia competencias desarrolladas genéricas y el 31.79% competencias desarrolladas pedagógicas; 4.05%percibe que los docentes evidencianque aún no tienen desarrolladas las competencias genéricasni pedagógicas. Conclusiones: Estudiantes del 1º- 4º año perciben en su mayoría que los docentes de enfermería, se encuentran en proceso de desarrollo de competencias. Las competencias genéricas y pedagógicas del docente de enfermería en un porcentaje menor si las tienen desarrolladas, pero en su mayoría están en proceso de desarrollo, sin embargo un número mínimo de docentes aun no las desarrollan.

Method and Materials: The study is level application, quantitative, cross-sectional method. The population consists of 173 students from the 1st - 4th year of Nursing at San Marcos. The survey technique as a Likert scale instrument was used and modified. Results: 84.31 % of students in the 4th year , 3rd year 79.41 % , 65.71 % 2nd year and 54.73 % 1st year , teachers perceive that show generic nursing and teaching skills in the development process; 75.72 % perceive that teachers are in the process of developing generic skills and teaching skills 64.16 % , 20.23 % perceived evidence developed generic teaching skills and pedagogical skills developed 31.79 % , 4.05 % perceive that teachers show that they have not yet developed or generic teaching skills . Conclusions: Students of 1st - 4th year mostly perceive that nursing faculty, are in the process of skills development. Generic teaching skills of teachers and nurses in a lower percentage if they have developed, but most are under development, however a minimum number of teachers still do not develop.
