The following research aims to strengthen the influence of organizational culture on the work performance of the National Center for Intercultural Health of the National Institute of Health. The methodology used was descriptive and correlational; for which the survey format was developed that was applied to a sample of 10 workers of the National Intercultural Health Center. Regarding the thesis, it contains the following structure: The Introduction, which describes how public health arises and how it has acted in the face of pests or “pests“ in the colonial era. The creation of the National Institute of Health and its six centers is also narrated. In Chapter I the problem of research is defined, which at present public and private institutions are considered as a socio-cultural system with its own ideological components and particular principles, values, myths, and beliefs established by the assigned functions. In Chapter II: The Theoretical Framework is developed and in Chapter III we see the Solution Alternatives, recommendations and conclusions.
