Implementación del Módulo Facturación Electrónica Cloud con Componente Pos Dll para La Integración con El Erp de La Empresa CENTRO DE INFORMÁTICA INGENIERÍA S.R.L.

Abstract

La presente investigación propone como objetivo general Desarrollar la propuesta de implementación de módulo facturación electrónica Cloud con componente pos DLL para la integración al ERP en la empresa Centro de Informática Ingeniería. En la actualidad se tiene usando el ERP en empresas pequeñas de comercio, pero con el proceso de facturación tradicional. Basándome en estudios estadísticos muchas de estas pequeñas empresas no cuentan con ambientes de TI dedicado, mucho menos con los recursos para inversiones en tecnología. Nace pues la necesidad de poder integrar un módulo facturación electrónica Cloud, el cual está alojada en la nube y no incurra en mantenimiento por parte de los clientes que la adquieran y sobre todo cumpla con la Resolución de Superintendencia N°374- 2013/SUNAT que hace referencia a los documentos de electrónicos. La población está constituida por 70 trabajadores del área operativa, la muestra no probabilística considera tota la población, en los cuales se ha empleado la variable: Facturación Electrónica y Módulo Facturación Electrónica Cloud. El método empleado en la investigación fue el hipotético deductivo, esta investigación utilizó para su propósito el diseño no experimental de nivel descriptivo correlacional, que recogió la información en un período específico, que se desarrolló al aplicar el instrumento: Examen sobre Propuesta Software del estado en la escala vigesimal, cuyos resultados se presentan gráfica y textualmente. La investigación concluye que existe evidencia significativa para afirmar que: El Implementar el módulo facturación electrónica Cloud con componente pos DLL para la integración al ERP se correlaciona con la facturación en la empresa Centro de Informática Ingeniería. Mejorando significativamente los procesos y comercialización del ERP.

This research proposes such a general objective to develop the proposal for the implementation from the electronic invoicing module Cloud with a post-DLL component for the integration to ERP in the company Center for Computer Engineering. Currently, ERP is used in small commercial companies, but with traditional billing process. Based on statistical studies, all of these small companies don’t have dedicate IT environments, less the resources for technology investments. The need arose to be able to integrate an electronic invoicing module Cloud, which is hosted in the cloud and doesn’t incur maintenance on the part of the clients that acquire it and especially complies with Superintendency Resolution No. 374-2013 / SUNAT that refers to electronic documents. The population is constituted by 70 workers of the operative area, non-probabilistic sample considers the whole population, in which the variable has been used: Electronic Billing and Cloud Electronic Billing Module. The method was used in the investigation the hypothetical deductive, this research was used for its purpose the non-experimental design of correlational descriptive level, which collected the information in a specific period, which was developed when applying the instrument: Exam on Software Proposal of the state in the vigesimal scale, whose results are presented graphically and textually. The investigation concludes that exist significant evidence to affirm that: The implementation of the electronic billing module Cloud with component post DLL for the integration to the ERP is correlated with the billing in the company Center for Computer Engineering.
