The objective of this professional sufficiency work is to increase the service level in the delivery of orders through the application of Lean Logistics tools, such as 5S, the Lean philosophy and work standardization, BPM methodology, where new processes, application sheets and FEFO methodology are proposed, and the EOQ model in a distribution company in the health sector. The study company, Laboratorios ABC S.A.C, currently presents a service level, which is measured with the OTIF indicator, of 77.12%. This value is lower than the sector's optimal level of 98%, which is required to be considered competitive in the international industry. The main reasons that directly impact the indicator are errors in supply, dispatch and inventory management. The project, which consists of a 4-stage solution model, demonstrates that, by implementing the aforementioned tools, it is possible to increase the OTIF value to 90.6%, which means an increase of 13.48%. This result does not exceed the proposed objective value; However, it represents an increase in the service level offered in the delivery of orders to the customer, generates a competitive advantage in the market at the Latin American environment, and a positive growth trend in the global international market.
