In this work, we are preparing to analyze Cassation No. 526 - 2022 / Supreme Court, this ruling has as its utmost relevance important aspects in the criminal field since it resolves relevant issues such as neutral conduct in crimes that are related to the Administration public and its procedural treatment in the exception of inadmissibility of action, this is why our present work focuses on the question, Can the lawyer J.D.M.G be charged with complicity in the crime of aggravated collusion? That is why in the present development of professional proficiency, we give an adequate analysis.
