This Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) addresses the challenges faced by the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito San Isidro in attracting and retaining Generation Y, within a context of intense digital competition in the financial sector. The Cooperative, an institution founded in 1956 in Huaral, Peru, has faced a decline in young clients due to the emergence of digital platforms like Yape and Plin. This study focuses on proposing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the cooperative through the implementation of innovative programs that cater to the preferences of young people. Through a comprehensive analysis that includes techniques such as interviews and document review, three strategic alternatives have been proposed: a Brand Ambassador Program for Young People, Financial Networking Events and Workshops, and a Benefits and Discounts Program in the Mobile App. Each alternative was assessed in terms of feasibility, costs, and necessary resources, highlighting their potential benefits to increase the base of young clients and improve digital interaction. The research concludes that implementing a benefits program in the mobile application is the most promising strategy, considering its capacity to offer personalized services and enhance user experience, thus facilitating better financial inclusion and loyalty among young clients. This approach will allow the cooperative not only to achieve its organizational goals but also to strengthen its competitive position in the market.
