The purpose of this professional sufficiency work is to evaluate the general environment of the clinic in order to identify the main problematic situation that the organization presents and propose a viable and feasible alternative solution. To this end, the research approach has qualitative and descriptive characteristics. Since we work with data extracted from measurement tools and interviews carried out with the clinic's workers and senior management. Three problematic situations were identified; implementation of good corporate governance practices, efficiency in management and improvement in customer service. Being the most urgent, the improvement in customer service since the area to which the clinic is dedicated is direct attention to the client. Initially, an external and internal analysis of the clinic is carried out. In the same way, the areas of the clinic, which provide a clearer picture of the problems in which it currently operates. For this reason, information is collected to analyze each point of the environment and have a clearer vision of the scenarios. On the other hand, the study of the theoretical framework is supported by research over the last five years on the themes linked to the problematic situation. Finally, the comparative analysis showed that improvement in customer service is the most urgent problem to be solved, because customer satisfaction has been affected by the delay in service. This would subsequently affect the clinic's client demand, evidenced by a decrease in the clinic's income.
