This research study focuses on the commercial sector, specifically in the field of logistics. Currently, this sector faces various issues affecting the profitability of companies due to the failure to meet one of its key indicators: the Fill Rate. This shortcoming deteriorates logistical performance, particularly in operations that require the complete delivery of products at the time demanded. The low Fill Rate level is attributed to several causes, such as poor product forecasting, inadequate spare parts lot forecasting, lack of proper safety stock policies, stockouts, and discrepancies between physical inventories and the system. Additionally, certain necessary activities hinder the optimal flow for product delivery, creating a considerable economic impact that reduces profitability over billed sales in recent years. The proposed contribution of this research suggests integrating management techniques through Lean Supply Chain Management (LSCM) methodologies, applying models such as Planning Demand, EOQ, and cyclical counts within the Kaizen effect stages. This solution is presented as an alternative for continuous improvement in product management, addressing the current issues and reducing the impact of the causes that generate a low Fill Rate. This approach aims to achieve the desired indicator in the commercial sector and reduce the technical gap evidenced by the company. Finally, the results of this research show a decrease in incomplete delivery orders, reflecting a 12% reduction in the technical gap. In conclusion, the evaluation of economic activity and the generation of profitable economic values are favored by the integrated implementation of the selected LSCM techniques in the case study.
