The main topic of the document developed is the analysis of the migration process of servers that are in an on-premise environment towards an IaaS model, evaluating all the factors that intervene in the process until they are hosted in the cloud. The problem being addressed applies to an insurance company in the Peruvian market, which is committed to digital innovation, and observes inefficiencies in costs and times for the delivery of IT resources, affecting the delivery of its projects. To address this problem, the use of the IaaS service is proposed as a gateway to the world of cloud computing, which will allow us to optimize costs and time in server deployment, as well as a first step to take advantage of other benefits that the cloud gives us, such as PaaS or SaaS. The solution begins with the analysis of the migration that goes from the choice of the cloud service provider, the design of the solution and configurations to be carried out in the IaaS service to the migration test of a server to the cloud. As a tool to validate the fulfillment of the objectives, a POC was developed with the cloud service provider AWS, where the configuration of a Landing Zone was carried out, as established in the design document, to later carry out the migration of a server from on premise to cloud. Finally, the result of the tests was positive, guaranteeing its correct operation in a productive environment.
