In the field of management accounting, the present work of Professional Sufficiency (TSP) deals with the non-quality costs in a company of the poultry sector, Cercado de Lima, 2023. This study seeks to determine the financial impact of non-quality costs on the profitability of the aforementioned poultry company. This work consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents a description of the poultry company and the context for understanding its external environment. It also presents the diagnosis of the problematic situation, based on the management of its non-quality costs. In the second chapter, the definition of the theoretical framework is made, in which research background, theories and key concepts that support the analysis of the problematic situation are discussed. On the other hand, at the end of this chapter, the three possible solution alternatives are described. In the last chapter, a comparative cost-benefit analysis of the three proposed alternatives is carried out. Then, the justification of the selected alternative is made based on its feasibility and viability. Subsequently, the results of applying this alternative are discussed. Finally, conclusions and recommendations aligned with management's objectives are presented. The methodology used is of phenomenological design with a qualitative and applied approach. Finally, it was concluded that the implementation of control costs in the poultry company will have a positive impact both in cost management and in the progressive increase of its profitability.
