This research analyzes the “Poor logistics and inventory management in the Mamma Tomato pizza chain in Lima - Peru, 2023“. The central problem identified is found in logistics and supply chain management, specifically in Mamma Tomato's inventory management, which has an impact on the operations area, and more specifically, on the production center. In this sense, to identify the problem, the Ishikawa Diagram was developed, evidencing “poor logistics and inventory management.” Likewise, the key elements identified were: (1) Inventory control and management, (2) Management of supplies deliveries to stores and (3) High attrition of operational personnel. It is concluded that the best alternative solution is the implementation of the integrated system in the Mamma Tomato pizza chain, with an installation cost of 2,500 soles and a unit cost per user of 50 dollars for 20 users, it is economically viable. The annual expense of 46,500 soles is justified by the operational benefits that the system provides, positioning it as a long-term sustainable option. Furthermore, the implementation period is 6 weeks.
