In this research, a diagnosis of the current situation of the company Creditex is carried out. Creditex manufactures textile garments for export and domestic trade. Internal and external factors impacting the company are validated, and a SWOT analysis is conducted to assess its strengths, opportunities, weaknesses, and threats. Subsequently, based on this analysis, the problem is delimited, and precedents of case studies presenting similar issues are reviewed to validate different solutions. Additionally, literature and theories are reviewed to validate the methodologies to be implemented. Three solution alternatives are selected to address the presented problem, following the theories of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Just In Time. An analysis of the financial and non-financial impact (KPIs) of the three solution alternatives is conducted, along with a chart of factors impacting the company based on the alternative to be implemented. Based on these statistical data, the Lean Six Sigma alternative is selected for implementation, along with the implementation of software that analyzes purchase orders and validates inventory stock of inputs to be used. Finally, operational, financial, and administrative implications of the solution to be implemented are detailed, and recommendations for future scenarios are provided.
