This paper focuses on the development of a process model for liquid collateral loans to ensure the permanence of client assets in a private bank. The general goal is to implement a process model for liquid collateralized lending to ensure the permanence of liquid client assets in the financial institution. First, to analyze the activities conducted in private banking that allow the deployment of loans with liquid collateral. Second, to design a model of liquid collateralized lending processes that ensures the retention of the client's liquid assets in the custody of the financial institution. Third, confirm that the proposed liquid collateral lending process model ensures the retention of liquid assets in a test scenario using validation metrics. Fourth, develop a continuity plan to ensure the viability of liquid collateral loans over time. The results determined the correct functioning of the process, since fifty-one loan disbursements were made in a period of four months, totaling US$20.90 million disbursed and US$22.82 million guaranteed; that is, on average, the guarantees represent 110% of the loan amount and these are blocked for an average term of 13 months. In summary, the process model allows for the disbursement of loans with liquid collateral and ensures the retention of clients' liquid assets.
