The project “Productivity Control Dashboard for Prime Segment Bankers in the Commercial Banking Sector of a Financial Entity in Peru“ aims to implement a control dashboard to optimize the monitoring and performance of prime segment bankers. This dashboard seeks to improve market strategies and campaign initiatives, increasing productivity and efficiency in the acquisition of financial products. To achieve this goal, specific objectives were established: analyzing the functionalities of the control panel, designing the logical and physical architecture of the dashboard, validating the dashboard through testing, and developing a continuity plan to ensure its long-term viability. The agile Scrum methodology was chosen for its adaptability and focus on iterative and incremental delivery, facilitating collaboration between the development team and stakeholders. During implementation, tools such as Looker Studio for data visualization, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle Database for database management, and AutoHotKey for process automation were used. The control dashboard allows prime segment bankers and managers to monitor their performance in real-time and achieve their business goals. The project validation showed a high level of user satisfaction, confirming the dashboard's usefulness and effectiveness. Survey results demonstrated that the solution is efficient and important to the business, as it increased the performance of prime segment bankers. To maximize its value, it is recommended to optimize real-time data integration and customize the control panels according to the specific needs of users. Maintaining and updating the continuity plan, with regular testing, will ensure the system's operability. These measures will guarantee that the dashboard remains a valuable tool for the financial entity, contributing to its long-term success and sustainability.
