This Professional Sufficiency Work (TSP) examines the financial and operational challenges of ZETA S.A.C., a Peruvian transportation and logistics company, facing its high level of leverage and the need to optimize its capital structure in 2024. Founded 10 years ago, ZETA S.A.C. has experienced financing difficulties due to the volatility of the economic and political environment in Peru, which has influenced the conditions of capital access and the company's profitability. This study proposes strategies to strengthen the company's financial position through efficient financial restructuring and the diversification of financing sources. Using techniques such as financial analysis and interviews with management, three main strategies were developed: restructuring existing debt, forming strategic alliances, and diversifying financing sources through instruments such as bonds and private equity. The feasibility, costs, and resources required for each alternative were evaluated, identifying debt restructuring as the most effective in reducing financial costs and improving cash flow. The research concludes that the careful implementation of this strategy will not only improve the solvency of ZETA S.A.C. but will also enhance its competitiveness in the Peruvian logistics market.
