The present thesis aims primarily to propose improvements for reducing order delivery non-compliance in the flexography area of a manufacturer specializing in heat-shrinkable security seals. We employed problem-solving tools to diagnose root causes, including high machine failure rates, excessive flexographic machine setup times, and lack of activity definition. To address these issues, we applied Lean Manufacturing principles, which focus on minimizing waste related to identified problems. Specifically, we utilized three key tools: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): This tool emphasizes preventive maintenance to keep machines running efficiently and minimize downtime. Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED): SMED aims to reduce internal and external machine setup activities, streamlining production changeovers. Process Standardization: Organizing tasks, formalizing procedures, and documenting them to ensure consistency and efficiency. Finally, we validated the implementation of these improvements, observing favorable results related to maintenance, machine setup between production runs, and proper procedures. Finally, we conclude that the company needs to continue improving and enhance its competitiveness to secure a stronger position in the market for security seals used with domestic gas cylinders. Given the frequent consumption of this product (as indicated by Kantar División Worldpanel), sustained sales are likely in the coming years, especially considering the gradual adoption of natural gas in households
