In the current context of the metalworking industry, efficiency and reduction of delivery times have become critical factors for business competitiveness. This Professional Sufficiency Work focuses on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools in a metalworking company, aiming to optimize its production processes and significantly improve delivery times. The Lean Manufacturing methodology, widely recognized for its focus on waste elimination and continuous improvement, perfectly suits the needs of the studied organization. This study implements three key tools: Poka Yoke, Kanban, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). These tools aim not only to reduce human errors and downtime but also to improve planning and workflow by aligning production with market demand. The research is developed in two phases, starting with a thorough diagnosis of the company's current situation and initial preparation, including staff training and the selection of a working team for the implementation. Subsequently, the specific implementation of each tool is carried out, followed by an evaluation of the impact of the introduced improvements. The expected outcomes of this project include a significant reduction in delivery times and an improvement in the final product's quality, which will, in turn, increase customer satisfaction and the company's market competitiveness. This work not only contributes to academic knowledge but also offers practical guidance for other organizations in the industry looking to implement Lean methodologies to enhance their operations
