This professional proficiency work aims to prepare proposals that help strengthen leadership and internal communication between management and collaborators, which will contribute to improving the work environment in the importing company Cupido. For the development of this work, the descriptive methodology with a qualitative approach was applied, which will allow, through interviews, staff surveys and measurement of the work environment, to obtain information about the impression that the collaborators have with the work environment, the functions they perform and the responsibilities assigned to them. Therefore, one of the improvement proposals is the implementation of the MOF, which will be able to detail the functions, competencies and mission of each worker and job and will achieve better results with the activities they must perform. Workers. Finally, continuous training to strengthen leadership and internal communication, which will help employees identify with the company's culture and objectives.
