The present investigation was carried out in a factory that produces and markets plastic containers in Lima, Peru. After the diagnosis, it was identified that the main problem was the low rate of order fulfillment, reaching 66.12%, lower than the international standard of 80%. This non-compliance is caused by frequent machine stoppages, which represent 84.115% of the problem. The study proposed an improvement model for the blow molding process, which consists of implementing efficient manufacturing tools: SW, 5S, SMED and TPM (Autonomous Maintenance). The Standardization of work allowed a reduction of 34.61 minutes in machine calibrations, optimizing the operator's performance. The implementation of 5S achieved an improvement of 57 points with respect to audits, achieving order, cleanliness and correct organization of work tools. Likewise, SMED reduced machine setup time by 33.17 minutes. Finally, Autonomous Maintenance achieved the optimization of the cleaning of the blowing machines by 6.69%. Finally, the proposed model had an impact on order fulfillment reaching 76.59%, which evidences the effectiveness of the implementation of the proposed tools of this research
