The document exposes the problem of the level of compliance of shipments of domestic products in the warehouse of the marketing company, which is at 92.4%, so the diagnosis of the problem is carried out and begins with a qualitative analysis to determine the causes through the Ishikawa analysis and after that the causes are quantified from the economic perspective for the construction of the Pareto tool that will allow the prioritization of causes that require treatment. The implementation of the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) and Standard Work (SW) tools was carried out under the approach of the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PHVA) methodology, where in the initial phase the planning of resources is carried out and then carry out the second phase that includes the solution tools, the third phase being the verification of the improvement achieved by measuring the results, finally the fourth phase is presented that groups the actions necessary for the sustainability of the improvement achieved with respect to the distribution. Finally, the functional validation of the project is presented by comparing results such as: the reduction of meters and travel times leads to an increase in the level of dispatch compliance by 94%. It is concluded that the implementation of the SLP and SW improves operational results and consequently the financial viability indicators are favorable.
