This document addresses one of the main problems that our society has, with detrimental consequences on physical and mental health, and unfortunately, even fatal: bullying, which is a problem that comes from many years ago and, although it is being facing in many ways to give a solution, the problem persists. If we go back to the 70s, the term “bullying” was only associated with bullying in a repetitive way (Olweus, 1969). Later, in the following decades, bullying is considered as verbal, physical and psychological abuse. In recent years, not only bullying is presented in person, but now the virtual form is added through social networks, which is known as Cyberbullying. As can be seen, it is a problem that is evolving over the years; therefore, it is considered a very complex problem to solve. For the above described, we consider that efforts to address the problem of bullying are not only about “how do we solve the problem“, but “what we can do to prevent the problem“ For this reason, it should be considered that bullying problems can start from within the family, since it is not entirely true that bullying originates in the study center. Also, give great importance to the indications that can be presented in the initial education stage. In this sense, prediction algorithms can be very useful to prevent bullying; this will allow us to take actions, in a timely manner, before the problem arises.
