Given the growing demand for information across various sectors, companies are compelled to adopt new capabilities for managing information and business processes. This drive aims to enhance competitiveness, accelerate strategic decision-making, and increase efficiency in operations and internal processes. This approach becomes especially relevant in the current context of increasing demand within a network of clinics, where the need for comprehensive and integrated information analysis across all locations is becoming more evident. The ability to effectively manage information and business processes becomes a crucial factor in remaining competitive and responding effectively to market and customer needs. To address this issue, an analysis of the current systems was conducted, revealing operational errors in manual integrations, incomplete information extraction, and high costs associated with the current data platform. As a solution, the adoption of a cloud-based system is proposed. This system will integrate data from the four clinic locations, ensuring the preservation and accessibility of information, thereby enabling staff to perform information analysis efficiently and quickly. Finally, the implementation of this system has enabled efficient management of clinical and non-clinical data, resulting in improved operational efficiency and resource optimization for the organization. This has led to a satisfactory experience for users and has guided the company toward more informed and precise decision-making. Additionally, significant reductions in maintenance costs have been achieved, while also creating the feasibility for new analytical and commercial initiatives within the clinic.
