In this research work, a proposal is made to improve the productivity of corrective maintenance works of an electrical services company by applying Lean Six Sigma. The problem arises in the area of Network Emergency, being the area designated to address emergencies in the distribution networks, that is, interruptions due to unforeseen breakdowns in the concession electrical networks of the distribution company (client) under study. The problem that arises is the low efficiency in responding to emergencies in BT distribution networks, this is due to 3 reasons: unproductive times by network crews, unproductive times per unit of BT claims and delay in going to the field. Through the application of the improvement proposal, productivity will be increased, generating an income for the company of more than S/. 241,523.73, the reason for this income being the reduction of unproductive times, through the implementation of DMAIC, the main methodology of Lean Six Sigma, where we will evaluate the sample size and the normality test, then we will define the critical ones of quality, then we will measure the situation through the application of the SIPOC, the capacity of the thread and performance, then we will analyze the causes and application of tools such as the Ishikawa diagram, 5 Why and Pareto, then we will establish the improvements, which are the acquisition of fault locators to cables with software, in addition to a program for the training and training of locator operators, splicers and low voltage maneuverers, finally we will control the improvement by controlling breakdown repair times and performance based on the KPI'S.
