In Peru and worldwide, the consolidation and negotiation of bank debts represent a significant challenge, with economic losses that reach up to 4% of the total debt annually. This problem is aggravated by the lack of use of appropriate technologies for process automation, which slows down decision making. The objective of this project is to improve the negotiation process through a web system for the generation of aid packages and debt consolidation for clients, reducing response time to 90%. Technologies such as SQL Server and ASP .Net Core will be used for the development of the system, in addition to Microsoft's Azure platform. This choice seeks to meet compliance requirements and improve aid package calculation performance. According to the results obtained, the greatest amount of time has been reduced in the negotiation process, reaching a reduction of more than 90% compared to the traditional process. This shows that our system manages to reduce customer response time from 80 minutes to approximately 6 minutes, which is equivalent to 90%. reduction of time in the negotiation process.
