The present Work of Professional Sufficiency (TSP) for the area of Administration, focuses on the training and induction process of functions to the operative employees in the Walpa Chicken restaurant, recognizing it as a fundamental aspect of solution for the improvement of customer satisfaction, operative efficiency and the reduction of complaints and claims. The main objective of this research study is to analyze and propose solutions to the identified problem, which lies in a deficient process of training and induction of operational employees. This research study is structured into three key chapters: firstly, the problem is identified through the collection of information from the complaint book, social media complaints, and staff surveys. Secondly, three alternative solutions are proposed: the Kirkpatrick Model, Chang's IDEAMS, and Provus' Discrepancy, evaluating the potential impact of each. Finally, it is concluded that Chang's IDEAMS methodology emerges as the best option. This solution methodology not only increases customer satisfaction and operational efficiency but also significantly contributes to reducing customer complaints and grievances, achieving the objectives set forth in this research project.
