This research is carried out in a company that supplies heavy machinery spare parts, which has a service level of 85.49% and presents problems mainly in the spare parts warehouse. Currently, its main competitor has a service level of 94%. This means that the company has a technical gap of 8.51% below the highest competitive level. This is why this research is important and significant since order deliveries are essential for the functioning of any company. Due to this concern, the proposed solution method is linked to issues related to improving the picking, distribution, and warehouse organization process. Therefore, engineering tools such as SLP, ABC Analysis, Method Engineering, and a technology to improve the picking process called Voice Picking are used. The solution proposal that was executed through a simulation resulted in a 9.26% increase in the service level. This helped reduce the technical gap. With this, it can be guaranteed that the implementation of appropriate systems within the warehouse helps increase efficiencies in activities, resulting in an average reduction of the order preparation process of 85 minutes.
