This research includes the implementation of the Last Planner System as a tool to improve the management of procurement on site, in a medium-sized construction company, in the Terrazas de Bellavista project during the finishing stage. Likewise, in the present research an implementation was carried out, with a quantitative and experimental approach of the impact of the Last planner system. The implementation was designed with 3 phases: preliminary analysis, design and procurement management. In the initial stage of the implementation, an analysis of the current situation of the project was carried out, as well as the main logistical problems presented on site, with the support of the site logbook and the incident book. In the second stage, the procedure was designed, as well as on-site training for the personnel in charge and the last planner. In the third stage, the procedure was implemented in the warehouse area, restriction analysis, procurement schedule and PPC. The results showed a considerable improvement in the application of LPS in the project, since a PPC greater than 85% was obtained for the 4 weeks of application of the tool, as well as a considerable reduction in the rate of occurrences due to logistical causes on site. In line with the research, a reduction in the number of days of delay due to logistical causes was also obtained.
