The purpose of this study Professional Work is to improve team management through a training program in the operational teams of the Pariwana Hostel company. Using a qualitative methodology with a descriptive approach, the research is based on the collection of data through interviews, surveys, a diagnosis of training needs and other relevant means, with the aim of better understanding the existing problems. The findings reveal that the problem lies in the absence of supervisors' team management skills as a result of a rigorous selection and training process for supervisors, as well as the lack of an adequate training program, which contributes to low productivity. of the team. According to Patrick Lencioni's theory, the lack of effective team management can generate dysfunctions that negatively affect team performance and cohesion, preventing them from reaching their maximum potential. We identified all of these difficulties in the surveys conducted with supervisors, performance evaluations, supervisor competencies, and exit surveys, which we will see reflected in the development of this work. Based on these findings, and supported by the Chiavenato Theory, it is proposed to implement a Leadership Training and team management program as a viable solution to improve management and, therefore, operational efficiency in the company.
