A model is presented for the reduction of Non-Conformities in the quality of the work placed by the Client Supervision in the substructure stage, for which a prior management is presented to detect the defect and analyze the cause that originates it. The implementation of the model allows defects to be identified and recorded, so that the traceability of the state in which it is found can be measured. With the information obtained on the causes that give rise to the defects, corrective actions are established for their removal, the responsibility of which falls on the Site Resident, who is informed through the application of Early Alerts so that he can manage and implement the correction before of the delivery of the work to the client's Supervision. This proposed model improved the control of the work and made it possible to comply with the quality standards, preventing the defect detected on site from translating into a non-Conformity placed by the Client's Supervision. To obtain results, 3 continuous evaluations were carried out, whose values allow the model to be validated, evidencing values of the Non-Conformity Index in Work that decrease in each evaluation; Comparing these results in relation to the 85% obtained in the initial situation, a vast improvement is evident in the control of the amount of work on site.
