The work addresses the implementation of a fast delivery promise system about a company in the retail sector, the objective is to reduce the times of the promise of delivery to customers, from 90 to 120 minutes to improve operational efficiency, aligned with the commercial policies established by the business group, the methodology begins to determine the key processes for the management of promises, design the architecture of the system at high level for the various development teams and at low level to define the components to be developed, the system will be under the standards and procedures defined by the company, the purpose is to reduce long delivery times, inefficiencies in inventory management and lack of communication on the status of orders, which negatively impact customer satisfaction and the company's competitiveness, the validation of the MoS (Measure of Success) will be through a survey of 18 questions, with 0.87 of high reliability, with 7 dimensions whose results are user satisfaction 86.7%, effectiveness 85.8%, efficiency 84. 4%, security 80%, general perception 79.4%, reliability 78.3% and usability 75.6%, validated with 5 experts and 7 users, it is concluded that the generation of reports show that more than 95% of the delivery promises were fulfilled within the range of 90 to 120 minutes, exceeding the 95% threshold, aligning with the objective of improving operational efficiency and compliance.
