The objective of this project is to facilitate the order taking of field salesmen of a company that produces and distributes supplies for the printing industry, through the development of a hybrid mobile application integrated to the ERP system. The methodology is carried out through the identification and analysis of the problem, elaboration of the objectives and success indicators of the project, as well as the planning and implementation of the solution. The design of the solution includes the enterprise architecture and the 4C model diagrams: context diagram, containers, components and code. On the other hand, the development of the solution shows the user interfaces and design patterns that were used. The validation of the project was carried out through surveys to experts of the company with a questionnaire of 10 questions divided into 3 dimensions: performance, usability and user satisfaction. The results were analyzed and 87% of acceptance was obtained in terms of performance, 90% in ease of use and 94% in user satisfaction. Likewise, its reliability was tested using Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, from which a value of 0.778 was obtained, indicating a very good level of reliability. Finally, it is concluded that the implemented system was able to facilitate order taking for field salesmen.
