This study analyzes the Seized Goods Warehouse of Lima Centro, belonging to the Public Prosecutor's Office, with the objective of finding the most viable option to solve the lack of space and guarantee the continuous storage of seized goods. The first chapter analyzed the factors that influence the warehouse, such as lack of communication, inefficient document management and scarcity of technological resources. In the second chapter, the theoretical framework was analyzed and the antecedents related to the problematic situation were reviewed. In addition, current theories and models that are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives were added. In the third chapter, three alternative solutions were analyzed by a comparative table detailing the advantages and disadvantages of each one of them. Finally, it was determined that the “Implementation of new measures in the Regulation of Seized Goods“ was the most appropriate and would have a positive impact in the long term. It is concluded that this research work will serve as a key reference to address the problems in process management in the public sector.
