The purpose of this work is to develop a strategic marketing plan for patient loyalty in the specialty of gynecology and obstetrics at the Cesmyn Medical Center. In 2023, the average percentage of new clients was 15%, continuing clients 40% and those who stopped being clients 45% in total for both areas; Therefore, the objective of the marketing plan is to create a continuous cycle of influx between obstetrics and gynecology services by the end of 2025, thus achieving a turnover between both areas of approximately S/.734,152.23 soles. The methodological approach of the research was qualitative; an in-depth interview was carried out with the clients of the Medical Center. From this study, it is possible to obtain a clear and precise vision of the clients' perspectives and preferences. Based on this, the actions were established to carry out the development of the loyalty plan, strategic actions will be carried out from the delivery of the service with greater benefits such as distribution and communication strategies. To carry out the loyalty plan, an investment of S/.484,657.20 will be made. Finally, the result of the economic evaluation shows that the project would be generating an annual return of 55% (IRR). Therefore, the project would be meeting the minimum expectations of all those who finance the project.
