The objective of this work is to increase security by means of authorization and authentication protocols to validate the identity of a corporate client. The methodology is based on the implementation of credential lifecycle management, ensuring their confidentiality and integrity. In this way, it promotes the provision of services through digital channels in a secure manner and contributes to improve user confidence regarding the use of two-factor (personal key and digital token) for authentication to the system and entering the digital token in the authorization of operations. To validate the authentication system with the digital token, an instrument was designed obtaining a high reliability value (0.83) based on 15 questions with the validation of 7 experts, where the results were 80% in the usability criterion, 60% in adoption and training. It is concluded that it was possible to increase security by 90% through authorization and authentication protocols in the validation of the corporate client's identity. This improvement in the system reduces losses due to impersonation and in turn reduces the high costs generated by the issuance of physical tokens, allowing the institution to comply with the regulations decreed by the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP.
