The construction sector is one of the economic sectors that is currently growing constantly and that, hand in hand, poses various challenges to construction professionals with the various large-scale projects that are being developed and planned to be executed in Peru. Thus, in the present study, the 3D and 4D BIM model was implemented in the San Lorenzo II project to improve the valuation process in the Casco stage. Firstly, the initial plans were made compatible, to later create the 3D BIM model with a level of detail LOD 400. Then the implementation of the 4D BIM was carried out with the use of the Navisworks program, with the use of the 3D and 4D BIM we obtained the valuation of work which is compared with the valuation obtained in a traditional way. Finally, the expert judgment method is used to validate the topic under study, which indicates that the implementation of the proposed methodology improves the automation of information generation and in turn helps with the visual control of the information.
