This thesis addresses the implementation of a procedure to manage time in the face of adverse weather conditions through the integration of digital tools in the Ishcayucro 220kV project, in the Pasco region, Peru. The weather problem has generated significant delays in the work, affecting compliance with the contractual schedule and the associated costs in payroll payments in stoppages. The research focuses on designing and validating a procedure that allows adjusting the programming of activities using digital technologies in the field of construction, with the aim of minimizing the negative impacts of the climate. The research has two chapters: the theoretical framework, which covers models, concepts and terms for the procedure, and the development of the thesis project, focused on the evaluation and validation of the procedure. Civil works began on August 21, 2023, marking week 1. The implementation of the procedure will be carried out between weeks 36 and 39, after the act of provisional acceptance of the civil works, analyzing the activities of the collection of observations of the “PUNCH LIST“. The expected results of this research include better scheduling of activities and the mitigation of possible stoppages due to climatic effects, contributing to a more efficient and effective management of project resources. This thesis aims to offer an innovative solution applicable to construction projects in regions with adverse climates, promoting the use of digital technologies to optimize the planning and execution of works.
