The purpose of this research was to determine the motivations that lead the consumer to trust and remain in a live broadcast, that is, the role of social network influencers and the interaction that they encourage in continuous observation and trust towards online shopping platforms. alive. The research considered three dimensions to measure social media influencers: skill, attractiveness, and similarity. For this, a quantitative study is proposed, based on a non-probabilistic sample made up of 400 people, including men and women over 18 years of age, who have seen at least one live broadcast during the last 6 months. To reach the sample, an online questionnaire will be used, which will present a total of # indicators validated by previous research. In addition, the partial least square structural equation model technique (PLS – SEM) will be used. The investigation seeks to explain the determining factors in relation to influencers and the interaction they generate in users and the permanence within a live broadcast. At the same time, it seeks to explore new variables for the emerging live streaming sector.
