Using the augmented gravity model, the impact of sanitary and phytosanitary measures (SPS) and technical barriers to trade (TBT) on Peruvian exports to the US, the countries that make up the European Union (EU) and the countries of the Andean Community (CAN) during the period 2011-2022. The methodology used is the non-linear Poisson Pseudo-Maximum Likelihood (PPML) estimation, recognized for its ability to handle observations with zero values in export flows. With the application of said methodology, it is expected to verify the proposed hypothesis that non-tariff measures, specifically SPS and TBT measures, have negatively impacted Peruvian exports to the US, European Union (EU) and the countries of the Andean Community (CAN).
