The Business Plan developed in this document, aims to present a profitable proposal for the implementation of low-cost coworking services oriented to meet the needs of entrepreneurs and specialists of MiPymes in the district of Miraflores and neighboring districts. To this end, an innovative model of coworking services is proposed, with a value proposition based on differentiating characteristics, such as: providing personalized spaces adaptable to the client's needs, with flexible rates that allow for adequate infrastructure, training programs and contact networks, in a pleasant work environment, with a high sense of hospitality, making innovation and business development of its members possible. Based on the formulation of the income and expense budgets, the cash flow, the economic and financial evaluation of the project, it is concluded that the business is viable. Considering a total investment of S/. 2,304,395 soles, it is projected to generate a net present value of S/. 1,854,035, with an internal rate of return (IRR) of the project of 22.8%, which ensures the viability of the project.
