En este artículo se busca determinar cuál es la influencia que tienen los sindicatos en el bienestar de los trabajadores, en base a investigaciones cuantitativas y cualitativas de autores de diversas nacionalidades, enfocados, principalmente, en temas de gestión empresarial. El objetivo primordial es evidenciar las posturas de los autores respecto a cuál es la influencia de los sindicatos en el bienestar de los trabajadores, para ello, se desarrollaron tres objetivos específicos: dar a conocer cómo influyen los sindicatos respecto a la obtención de los beneficios salariales, no salariales y ambos beneficios. La metodología que se utilizó fue cualitativa, a través de la lectura de artículos científicos enfocados en el tema. Se encuentra que los autores no se ponen de acuerdo, mientras que algunos señalan que los sindicatos favorecían al bienestar de los trabajadores a través de beneficios salariales, otros señalan que el bienestar se consigue a través de beneficios no salariales, y otros argumentan que aportan a través de ambos tipos de beneficios. Finalmente, otros autores, por el contrario, sostienen que, los sindicatos no brindan ningún tipo de beneficio e incluso podían perjudicar el desarrollo profesional de los trabajadores afiliados.
This article aims to determine the influence that unions have on the well-being of workers, based on quantitative and qualitative research previously carried out by authors of various nationalities, focused mainly on business management issues. The primary objective is to demonstrate the positions of the authors regarding the influence of unions on the well-being of workers, for this, three specific objectives were developed: to make known how unions influence the obtaining of salary benefits, non-salaries and both benefits. The methodology that was obtained was qualitative, through the reading of scientific articles focused on the subject, in them, the authors made their positions known, some showed that the unions favored the well-being of workers through salary benefits, others point out that well-being is achieved through non-wage benefits, and others argue that they contribute to through both types of benefits. Finally, other authors, on the contrary, maintain that, unions do not provide any type of benefit and could even harm the professional development of affiliated workers.
