The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between empowering leadership and job satisfaction among construction sector workers in Lima Metropolitana in 2023. To conduct this assessment, a correlational and quantitative analysis was performed on a random sample of 384 employees working in construction companies in Lima Metropolitana in 2023. Regarding data collection, a survey consisting of 24 items was administered, assessed using a 5-level Likert scale. This instrument was designed considering the implementation of empowering leadership and job satisfaction variables. Subsequently, after the survey administration, the data were analyzed using the SPSS STATISTICS program to assess the specific and general hypotheses of the study. The study demonstrated a connection between empowering leadership and job satisfaction among construction sector workers in Lima Metropolitana in 2023, rejecting the null hypothesis and accepting the alternative hypothesis. Based on the research results, it was concluded that there is a positive correlation between the job satisfaction of the studied population and empowering leadership. As a suggestion for future research, it is recommended to foster greater interest among companies in adopting this new leadership style and to explore best practices associated with it. This approach could further enhance future research analyses.
