This business plan aims to create a coffee shop with healthy alternatives, focused on generating customer experiences. The name is Cafenatura because healthy products and organic Peruvian coffee will be offered. The experience will be carried out through a brief explanation and perception of the client's organoleptic sensations regarding coffee and satisfaction when finding products to stay healthy. According to the analysis of the macro environment, the environment is conducive to its creation, as well as the investigation of the micro environment based on Porter's five forces (1985), pointing out that the category of cafeterias with healthy alternatives is not yet exploited, being an attractive industry to invest in. According to interviews with specialists, 100% of those surveyed would be willing to consume in a cafeteria with healthy alternatives in Barranco, 99% are very interested in the consumption of healthy foods and 100% value online shopping and delivery. The strategy is differentiation and quality, being recognized for its excellent service, the nutritional information of each product, friendly to the planet in the use of biodegradable packaging and efficient delivery. It is aimed at people who live or work in Barranco, 18 years old or more belonging to levels A, B or C who visit coffeeshops very often. Finally, collecting the information from everything investigated, in addition to what was determined as economic-financial flow, the investment in assets and capital expenditures amounts to S/ 491,083 (20% will be financed with bank debt). This will be recovered in a period of approximately 2 years, within an evaluation horizon of five years, and generating a VANE of S/ 228,410 and a VANF of S/ 244,088 with a TIRE of 34.59% and a TIRF of 38.62% based on a COK of 16.53% and a WACC of 17.34% attractive indicators for a business.
