This research aims to analyze how the storytelling communication of Spanish-speaking singers through the TikTok platform can connect with their audience. To carry it out, a case study design of the singers Karol G, Rosalía and Bad Bunny was used, because these were the singers who obtained the most followers in 2022. This study was qualitative in nature through semi-structured interviews. 15 women aged 18-24 were interviewed, who frequently followed a specific group of singers through the TikTok platform. As a result, it was identified that applying storytelling by the singers in this social network generated a feeling of closeness in the audience, which shortened the distance that existed between singer and fan. Furthermore, the fact that the singers involved their personal lives in the aforementioned social network caused a perception of naturalness with the audience, building a much more sincere and human brand image. Consequently, it is observed that this type of storytelling can be a communication tool for singers, which can allow them to empathize more with their followers.
