Consumption of vegetable oils is growing by 3% annually in Peru. This reflects the sector's high levels of competitiveness. However, most SMEs lack methodologies to optimize their processes, which is reflected in low levels of efficiency. This is the main factor that causes non-compliance with the production plans required by the market. Through the research developed in an Iqueña SME, producer of oleaginous liquids. A 66.45% efficiency in the bottling process was measured. This reality generates a negative economic impact on 8.76% of the company's total annual sales. This is manifested in costs related to wastage, discounts for postponement and sunk costs due to sales cancellations. Based on this problem, we propose the development of an innovative and economic model, adapted to the reality of SMEs. It involves the joint application of the 5s and TPM engineering tools, managed by the agile SCRUM methodology to maximize the efficiency of the bottling process. Helping them to exceed the minimum acceptable level, greater than 75%, to compete in the market. In this sense, through the application of a pilot plan, the overall efficiency of the bottling process was increased by 15.42% in an applied line, as well as favorable results linked to the increase of the production rate in 1850 bottles/day. Thus, saving operating costs, complying with production plans and obtaining a profitability of S/31,371.45 as expected profit in 5 years.
