This study analyzes the perceptions of young people between 21 and 29 years old about state advertising in the "VacunaFest" campaign on Instagram during 2021. Semi-structured interviews selected through snowballing were conducted with 20 vaccinated young people from Lima in specific places. The results highlight the adaptability of government advertising in informing and persuading young people about the importance of taking care of their health during the pandemic. During the vaccine distribution, the State implemented the "VacunaFest" campaign on social media, with a festive approach evidenced by costumes and lively music, creating a joyful atmosphere that encouraged participation and awareness about vaccination. The combination of phrases and creative content on social media facilitated connection and active interaction, taking advantage of the familiarity of language and the participation of people in costume to amplify reach and response online. The research provides information to improve government communication and strengthen the connection with a younger segment in the digital environment. The presence of the State on platforms such as Instagram not only represents a communication strategy, but also establishes a direct channel with young people, active users of these social networks.
