This research stems from the concern generated by information regarding productivity and construction processes in urban developments in our country. In Peru we only effectively produce 28% of the time. If we do not improve the levels of occupation of the time and maintain ourselves at such low productive levels, our country will not be able to take off from its condition of underdeveloped nation, it does not matter how good the government that touches us is, we must convince ourselves that most of the change it's in our hands. The main objective of this thesis is to improve the production in executions of urban qualifications in Peru, focusing on social housing with its own roof within the framework of the mi vivienda fund, taking as reference a typical work in the city of Cacatachi in charge of the company “AB INMOBILIARIA SAC.” We will implement the Lean Construction tools, to analyze comparative tables between traditional construction. To this end, we began our research by analyzing the current employment situation “Residencial Villa Bonita“, which is in the beginning of execution. With the implementation of the Last Planner System, which is a tool of the Lean Construction philosophy, we will be able to make a comparison between traditional productivity indicators versus the management of works with the Lean Construction philosophy. The implementation of the Last Planner System management tools were applied in the physical progress of the project in the first month of progress, the items analyzed were the following: Steel, Formwork, Concrete. Of which weekly records were taken programming of the project in execution were controlled.
