The SCOR model is a tool or method that allows the correct analysis of supply chain activities, linking and improving logistics efficiency within the company. On the other hand, the textile sector is one of the most representative sectors for the Peruvian economy; which represents 8% of the manufacturer's product. However, at the beginning of 2020 there was a global confinement caused by COVID-19, generating interruptions and delays in international logistics processes in several countries around the world. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to analyze the application of the SCOR model and its relationship with the performance of the logistics chain of Peruvian importing companies in the home textile sector during the years 2018 to 2022. For its development, the study variables were identified, which are the SCOR Model and the logistics chain with their respective dimensions. Furthermore, a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational scope was applied for the research. The instrument used for data collection was a Likert scale survey, aimed at home textile importing companies. After collecting the information, the SPSS Statiscs program was used to analyze the results, where it was obtained that the studied variables present a considerable positive classification according to the analysis of the Pearson classification method. Thus, concluding that the SCOR model is an efficient methodology to analyze and improve logistics chain processes.
