The purpose of this research is to identify the characteristics of influencers which are related to the loyalty of consumers in Metropolitan Lima. This is developed from the variables elaborated from the study by Kim and Kim (2022), which start from the theory of parasocial interaction, which seeks to determine if the following attributes of the influencer: similarity in language, similarity of Interests, frequency of interactions and self-disclosure, have a total impact on the loyalty that a user of social networks will have towards the influencers they follow. When doing the correlation using Spearman's Rho test, a positive correlation is found, thus confirming that the influencer's attributes do seem to have an effect on the two mediating variables, which are perceived friendship and the psychological well-being of the user. Finally, it is verified that these two variables are positively correlated on the loyalty of the user of social networks towards the influencer that they follow. This demonstrates that the characteristics of the influencers analyzed the impact on the user loyalty of social networks in Metropolitan Lima.
