The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between social skills and the use of gender-inclusive language in the initial level of a private school in Lima, 2023. According to the methodology, the study used a hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design, quantitative approach and descriptive correlational level. The study population consisted of 324 teachers from private schools in Metropolitan Lima and simple random sampling was used to determine the sample, which was a total of 177 pre-school teachers. The technique employed was the survey, using a questionnaire as an instrument. For variable 1, a questionnaire designed to measure the Use of Inclusive Language by Teachers was applied. This survey was administered individually and was evaluated using a Likert scale with scores of: 5=always; 4=almost always; 3=sometimes; 2=almost never; 1=never, covering a total of 13 items. As for variable 2, a questionnaire on social skills was used, which showed high reliability with a Cronbach's alpha of 9.83, covering a total of 15 items.
